Settlement

An important aspect of the work performed by a booking centre is the settlement of payments with the paying authorities and contractors. The Trapeze System automates a large number of the tasks involved.
Contract management automates the settlement basis with providers, and thanks to the very detailed certification information, costs are automatically divided between the relevant authorities. On account of the very comprehensive and detailed data contained in the system, it is also possible to design distribution keys to reflect the current political and financial situation. Last, but not least, it is easy to make changes to the settlement models as all processes are controlled by parameters.

Contract handling

The Trapeze System comprises a comprehensive contract-handling module which calculates real-time contract costs, i.e. any change to the planning triggers the instantaneous recalculation of costs. This can be included directly or indirectly in the choice of planning solution. The system can handle extremely complex contracts which often include a large number of different parameters, such as aids, service time, minimum attendance time, inconvenient time, deadrun time, start-up rate and lots more. The contracts feature a comprehensive validity structure, allowing the smooth implementation of new contracts or changes. The entire contract part is rule and parameter-controlled so that new rules and parameters can easily be introduced.

The Trapeze System also offers the automatic generation and issue of settlement reports to the carriers.
