Trapeze UK Enhances Solution Offering with Acquisition of Grampian Software Holdings Limited

Manchester, England, April 17, 2007 — Trapeze Group today announced that it has enhanced its solution offering with the acquisition of Grampian Software Holdings Limited (Grampian). The acquisition adds Grampian’s market leading Duty Allocation and Distillery Records and Management systems to the Trapeze portfolio.
Grampian is a leading provider of employee management systems to the UK transport industry. The company’s duty allocation system controls driver allocation for more than 30,000 buses carrying eight million passengers every day. In addition, Grampian services the distillery industry with a leading records and management solution for movement of stock in casks or in bulk.
